USA National Team member Candice Wiggins played on a team in high school that included her 6-9 brother and the Suns' Jared Dudley. Can she hold her own with the boys? Most certainly. But she had much more to talk about than that ...

Tina Thompson is final player from WNBA's first season

Tina Thompson, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, was the No. 1 draft pick in WNBA history. In 1997 she was selected by the now-defunct Houston Comets and is the only player left in the league who competed in the WNBA's opening season.

Thirty-Six Athletes To Battle For 16 Roster Spots In 2010 USA Basketball Women's U17/Youth Olympic Games Team Trials

Including 10 gold medalists from the 2009 USA U16 National Team, 36 of the nation's best prep athletes will compete for one of 12 roster spots on the 2010 USA Women's U17 World Championship Team or one of four openings on the 2010 USA Women's Youth Olympic Games Team. Trials take place June 8-11 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Five Court Coaches Announced For USA Basketball Men’s U18 National Team Training Camp

Five coaches were announced as court coaches for the 2010 USA Basketball Men's U18 National Team training Camp June 14-16 in San Antonio, including Ken Ammann (Concordia University), Randy Bennett (Saint Mary's College), Francis Flax (Brown Mackie J.C.), Brad Stevens (Butler University) and Brooks Thompson (University of Texas at San Antonio).
